Saudi National Day
Saudi National Day was founded in 1932 by
King Abdul Aziz Bin Abdul Rahman al-Faisal al-Saud.
The holiday celebrates the unification of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
under the rule of King Abdul Aziz al-Saud,
as a confirmation to continuity which has been perpetuated under the rules of his sons,
Kings Saud, Faisal and Khaled until the current King Abdullah.
The holiday is celebrated on September 23.
